Dr. Rafia Faiz
She joined the University of the Punjab in 2011. She has a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Hertfordshire, UK under Faculty Development Program of Higher Education Commission. She is also a Fellow of Higher Education Academy UK. She began her academic career in Bahauddin Zakariya University, where she did her MBA and BBA (HONS) with Gold Medal. Her teaching and research interests include International Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Work-life Interface, Qualitative Research, Feminist Methodologies, Equality and Diversity and Mixed Methods Research. She is a specialist in Thematic Analysis, QSR Nvivo and Endnote. Her dissertation supervision experience spans over empirical and conceptual research related to management in various international contexts, including Pakistan, China, UK, Jordan, Thailand and Nigeria. She also serves as a reviewer for British Academy of Management, Academy of Management and European Academy of Management. She has presented her research work at a number of international conferences including European Group of Organization Studies (EGOS), British Academy of Management (BAM) and South Asian International Conference (SAICON).
She is currently supervising a number of research students and also serves as an external examiner for research on business and management issues.
